How can I keep the CRM feature free of unnecessary information from long sales email threads?
Some inquiry email threads can turn into prolonged discussions. When that happens, critical sales-relevant information can be buried. In our 22/05 release, we added a key feature to our Digital Sales Platform to prevent that from happening—the ability to crop emails. This feature helps sales reps keep only the most relevant information that adds value to the sales conversation. We also added an email auto-sync and tag feature to the platform. It automatically syncs critical emails with the CRM function of the Digital Sales Platform to help keep all stakeholders updated on the outcome of recent discussions.
