Quotes are generated quickly and accurately using the In Mind Cloud Digital Sales Platform. However, there are times when sales reps need to manually edit quotes to reflect certain commitments to customers (discounts or free parts) so they can add value, meet requirements and close the deal. These manual edits require a significant amount of work, and replicating them in new customer quotes can be difficult. The Digital Sales Platform addresses this challenge by allowing all manual edits in a quote to be carried over to copied quotes. Sales teams can use this feature to quickly provide the same value-adds to new customers with much less effort.
