Technical Success Engineer, APJ


The Technical Success Engineer is part of a global team that provides remote services and support to In Mind Cloud’s worldwide customer base, on our software solutions and services.


  • Manage and process customer issues, questions, and requests
  • Track issues through resolution, within the SLA
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Documenting troubleshooting and resolution steps


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience in analyzing client issues and addressing them with proven troubleshooting skills and techniques
  • Industry Background in Manufacturing / Engineering and B2B sales is a plus
  • Programming knowledge of JAVA, ABAP, SQL
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (for speaking to Chinese customers)
  • Willing to work in shifts to support customers in different region
