Sales Manager (Austria/Switzerland), Munich

The In Mind Cloud Sales Manager or Account Executive is reporting directly to the Regional VP or Director of Sales. The Sales Manager/Account Executive is responsible to close end customer contracts with new customers to drive incremental MRR/ARR for In Mind Cloud with his/her given territory or target named account list.

The individual is following a clearly described sales approach, playbook and prescriptive sales process. The sales manager/Account Executive follows In Mind Clouds Sales “MOR- Manager Operational Rhythm” and reports to his superior or any Sales Leader up to the CRO/CEO all Forecast and Pipeline information as required at any time. He/she will enter all activities and required information for a transparent reporting and monitoring into In Mind Clouds CRM system. The Sales Manager/Account Executive ensures that the entered information are accurate at any time. The involvement of important key stake holders within In Mind Cloud is a prerequisite for success and the Sales Manager/Account Executive knows this and acts accordingly. The Sales Manager commits to work with the companies Partner network whenever required and needed. At any time in any given circumstances he/she follows the corporate compliant rules applying to corporations like In Mind Cloud.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives
  • Maintain and expands customer base and personal network within assigned sales territory (Austria/Switzerland) and vertical market (Discrete Manufacturing)
  • Constantly check and maintain the sales strategy for your assigned vertical market
  • Contribute regional sales information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews
  • Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with customers and partners
  • Participate or present on all industry relevant events e.g. exhibitions, conferences etc.
  • Monitor and report all competitive activities within the industry and accounts
  • Create sales reports and present to sales and executive management
  • Constantly check and maintain the sales strategy for your assigned vertical market
  • Contribute regional sales information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews
  • Ensure that all relevant sales information’s maintained in the CRM system

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor in Economics preferable with focus on sales & marketing or International Management, Dipl. Ing. Mechanical Engineering or other Process Industry. Master in International Sales Management or MBA would be an added advantage
  • 3 – 6 experience in B2B sales of complex solutions (ideally enterprise software)
  • Proven outstanding target achievement in previous roles and excellent track record of sales success
  • Leadership experience with relevant team size (2-5 direct report)
  • Excellent technical skills/knowledge in CRM Tools, Microsoft office applications, SaaS, Cloud
  • Good industry knowledge in Engineering, Automotive, Machinery
