We are looking for a self-driven Recruitment Specialist for our headquarters in Singapore.
You will be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in our organization. You will evaluate different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for particular job positions.
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting plans
- Create job descriptions
- Liaise with agencies globally (Singapore, Germany, China)
- Source candidates
- Conduct first interviews
- Arrange regular follow-ups with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
- Good communication and social skills
- Team player
- Excellent English
- Mandarin or German skills are a plus (in order to liaise with the Mandarin & German speaking associates)
