Junior Sales Manager, Munich (EMEA)
We are looking for a self-driven Junior Sales Manager for our office location in Munich (Germany) with a major focus on companies from the manufacturing industries (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive etc.) in D/A/CH region.
You will be responsible for promoting our innovative cloud-based Manufacturing X Sales (CRM and CPQ) solutions, win potential customers and ensure that our joint vertical market strategy in the industrial field is successfully executed.
You have a keen perception, quickly catch customer requirements and have a hunter mentality.
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives
- Maintain and expand customer base and personal network within assigned sales territory and vertical market
- Constantly check and maintain the sales strategy for your assigned vertical market
- Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Identify and create a strong, loyal relationship with customers and partners
- Participate or present on all industry relevant events e.g. exhibitions, conferences, etc.
- Monitor and report all competitive activities within the industry and accounts
- Ensure that all relevant sales information is maintained in the CRM system
- Create sales reports and present to sales and executive management
- Minimal 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions (Enterprise or Cloud software)
- Self-driven and self-motivated mentality and personality
- Strong and secure communication and presentation skills
- Proven track of sales successes
- Keen perception
- Analytic and creative thinker
- IT hardware and software knowledge especially Cloud, CRM and CPQ systems
- Bachelor Degree or Vocational Training in Business Administration or higher education
- Intercultural and open minded
- Willing to travel extensively within assigned sales territory
- German (native), English (fluent), further languages welcome
