Demand Marketing Manager (DACH), Munich

We are looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to plan and implement marketing programs, capture and promote leads in the DACH region. In this position, you will be responsible for developing lead-generating and promoting processes, including Events, e-mail campaigns, marketing automation, targeted social advertising and cooperative marketing with partners.

Report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with a cross-functional team to design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to generate pipeline revenue.



  • Designing DACH specific marketing and lead generation programs that deliver on targeted results and objectives
  • Creating, planning, and executing various program deliverables including targeted email campaigns, webinars, virtual events, podcasts, lead nurture campaigns, live events, and trade fairs
  • Developing content that articulates the value of In Mind Cloud technology to the manufacturing industry
  • Developing and integrating market research, product positioning, messaging, inbound content, and outbound marketing activities as appropriate to support the program
  • Working cross-functionally with corporate marketing, digital, business development and sales to guide projects to completion
  • Executing memorable, intelligent, and engaging campaigns that resonate with customers and position In Mind Cloud as the industry thought leader and Go To partner for Sales Manufacturing excellence
  • Using demand generation best practices and data analytics to increase effectiveness of marketing programs through a process of continued improvement



  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s in Marketing or Business Engineering
  • Minimum three years experience in B2B technology (SaaS) marketing and demand generation
  • Solid knowledge and/or high interest in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in German language (native speaker) and good English both spoken and written



  • Experience in account-based marketing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to Manufacturing verticals
  • Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation systems (e.g., HubSpot), tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Good understanding of SaaS and cloud technology
  • Solid collaborative experience and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
  • An energetic self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our business in the DACH region
  • Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and strong ability to execute
  • Capable of handling multiple projects at once
  • Ability to perform at both strategic and tactical levels
