Business Development Executive, Singapore

We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive for our Sales Development team in Singapore, with a major focus on APJ and S.E.A region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong focus to generating SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) pipeline through various channels (referrals, cold calling, trade fairs)
  • Maintain and extended database of target accounts from the discrete manufacturing industry
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the vertical focus markets
  • Close cooperation with Sales Management
  • Lead qualification
  • Understand customers’ needs and propose appropriate solution
  • Input and manage leads in HubSpot
  • Update leads status in CRM system
  • Support various sales-related activities

 

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track of successes in sales development in a target driven environment, ideally Cloud CRM / SaaS
  • Self-driven and self-motivated mentality and personality
  • Keen perception; intercultural and open minded; analytic and creative thinker
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills are needed
  • Very strong communication skills; English (business-fluent), further languages welcome
  • Willing to travel
  • Experience in Cloud, CRM and CPQ systems is preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or higher education and/or Vocational Training in Business Administration
